The bonus was interaction with Grayland Hixson and Derick Gladney - very professional, courteous, and genuinely interested in my satisfaction. These two gentlemen are the best!! Without reservation I will use Craddock's again and highly recommend them.
My initial experience with receptionist didn't go well so I rated one star and stated, I do not recommend Craddock's Electrical Service. However, the very next day Richard Hixson showed up at my house to apologize. A few hours later, Gary Craddock (owner) showed up at my house to apologize. Both visits were unexpected yet much appreciated! Never have I had 2 people (one is owner) from a company take time to personally come to my home and apologize. They didn't call or text or e-mail - they personally drove to my house. In my view, taking responsibility and being accountable for improving demonstrates uncommon integrity and the high value they place on how people are treated by their employees. This experience has changed my mind competely about who Craddock's Electrical Service is. I've decided to use them for my project (install new 120v circuit for bath fan & heater) and I'm looking forward to working with them. I highly recommend Craddock's Electrical Service for all your electrical needs!
