By participating, you agree to the following terms:
● One entry per household. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
● Employees, their officers, directors, agents, and immediate family members (spouse, domestic partner, children, and any other individuals residing in the same household) of Craddock Electrical and its affiliated companies are not eligible to participate.
● Opting out of text or email before the drawing will result in removal from the contest.
● Must be 18 years or older to enter.
● No purchase necessary. This giveaway is not affiliated with any electric service provider.
● Open to legal residents of Tennessee only.
● Data Privacy & Consent: By entering, you consent to the collection of your information in compliance with CCPA, GDPR, and other applicable data protection laws.
● Marketing Communications: Entry serves as an opt-in to receive promotional messages from Craddock Electrical in compliance with CAN-SPAM regulations. You may opt out anytime after the drawing.
● Website Terms and Conditions: Your participation is subject to our website’s terms and conditions, which include information on data collection and marketing practices.
● State-Specific Regulations: This contest is subject to Tennessee state laws and
regulations, including those governing consumer protection and marketing practices.
Participation in the Craddock Electrical Power Pickle Payback Giveaway constitutes
agreement to the following terms and conditions:
● Eligibility: Open to legal residents of Tennessee who are 18 years or older. Employees of Craddock Electrical and their immediate family members are not eligible. Employees of Craddock Electrical and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
● Prize Conditions: The winner will receive a credit of up to $500 towards an electric bill, payable directly to the electric service provider. No cash alternative is available.
● Winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries. Winners will be notified via phone, email, or text. If a winner does not
respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.
● Liability Release: By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless
Craddock Electrical, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims or liability
arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance/use of the prize.
● Participant information will be collected and used in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Information may be used for promotional purposes and marketing communications.
● Right to Modify or Cancel: Craddock Electrical reserves the right to modify, suspend,
or cancel the giveaway at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
● Disqualification: Any attempt to manipulate the contest or provide false information will
result in disqualification.
